A Quality Assurance Manager, who is assisted in the quality function by an active Quality Committee, utilizes established and documented ISO 9002 compliant standard operating practices to assure fulfillment of customer specifications and expectations. Additionally, all personnel are required to participate in the quality process as it pertains to specific departmental tasks.
